I, Hellen, have always been one to write in a journal...or these days a blog. It is a great way to document the learning and growing that happens in life. I like to think of the Psalms in The Holy Bible as a journal. I love how honest the writer is within those pages as he struggles honestly with God. Sometimes lamenting, sometimes praising...but writing with integrity. I pray that we can do the same as we write the 'psalms' of our lives.
