Counselling is a process that gives individuals an opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of who they are, what their goals are and how their patterns of thinking, behaving, and feeling may have been a problem in their lives. Counselling also provides the individual with opportunities to realize existing resources and to develop new ones which will enhance their lives (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually) as well as their relationships with others.
