I am a speaker and counsellor located in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia, Canada.
Regardless of where you live, you can access counseling with me since I also contract with www.anxietycentre.com .Sessions are in my office locally and via SKYPE or PHONE for anxietycentre.com.

Along with the counselling that I do, I have been privileged to  speak at workshops, conferences and retreats throughout the Fraser Valley since 1995 as well as in Northern Mexico while I was living there. My academic teaching experience is related to counselling and also to my passion for supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Some of the key people who have influenced my life and my thinking are Dan Allender, David G. Benner,  Nancy Groom, John Eldredge and Selwyn Hughes.

It has been my experience that a healthy lifestyle is developed and maintained when the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and Spiritual are all addressed. Selwyn Hughes, who is known for his Every Day With Jesus (EDWJ) devotional,  states that, 

“...counselling must have
a much higher goal than that of
solving problems; the goal must be
to know God in the problem.” 

While my own spirituality is decidedly rooted in my relationship with Jesus Christ, I am sensitive to meeting you where you are at in your spiritual walk.
